We collect as little as the site needs. Here is all of it.
What We Collect, and Where It Goes
- Scheduling (Calendly). Booking links on this site take you to Calendly. What you enter there goes to Calendly under their privacy policy. Bookings flow into our internal client-management records, hosted on Supabase, where we keep the name, email, and booking details. Access is restricted, and records are kept until you ask us to delete them.
- Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which reports cookieless, aggregated page metrics. No advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking.
- Hosting logs. The site runs on Vercel, which processes standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages) to serve and secure the site.
- No forms, no accounts. This site collects nothing else.
Cookies
We set no cookies ourselves. Calendly may set cookies inside its own pages.
What We Don’t Do
We don’t sell or share your information for advertising. We don’t run ad trackers. We don’t collect payment details on this site. There are no accounts.
Client Work
Data we access during a client engagement (code, systems, records) is governed by the engagement letter, not this policy.
Your Choices
Email admin@hikmsystems.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We answer within a reasonable time, and deletion requests are honored unless we’re required to keep something, such as an active engagement record.
